Working with high-profile individuals and businesses to custom build and manage engaging, cutting edge websites, X Web Pros offer a full suite of services including website design, logo design, website hosting, branding, video production, and maintenance support. We also offer cutting edge customer support with ticketing systems and knowledge base all on a well thought out customer portal design.

William “Mike” Jepson
Owner/Designer
Woven throughout his diverse and distinguished career as a Flight Test Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert for the US Air Force, a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas and website developer, is Mike Jepson’s creativity and technological expertise. He has parlayed these characteristics and a passion for helping individuals and businesses to navigate a complex virtual world, into a thriving website start-up business, XWeb Pros.
Mike continues to put all his talents to work 24-7 as Deputy Director of a Flight Test Data Center for the Air Force, a Real Estate Consultant throughout the Las Vegas Valley AND producing high-quality, fully functional websites for a variety of XWebPros clients. He specializes in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and various video editing programs.
He currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife of 22 years, Mari and two daughters, Samantha (20) and Emily (17).
Gregory “Griff” Griffin
Owner/Conceptual Design & Copywriter
Gregory “Griff” Griffin, CFRE, has spent a lifetime helping organizations develop and implement comprehensive strategic advancement programs that have raised more than $65 million dollars for mission-critical programs and initiatives. After 25 years as an executive-level fundraiser for colleges & universities, faith-based organizations and not-for-profits, he launched Griffin Strategic Advancement Advisors, LLC in 2018. Griffin SAA provides a full range of affordable, customized fundraising and business consulting services including business development & strategic planning; organizational & brand development; sales, fundraising and marketing training & support; and website and social media marketing expertise.
Griff is XWeb Pro’s virtual concierge: helping to understand your needs and organization. From information gathering, to writing copy, branding to conceptualizing and mapping your ideal website, he will ensure that every word, every image and every link makes the XWeb difference for your company’s website.
