CLIENT CASE STUDY · INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS & B2B WEB DESIGN
A clearer digital path from product discovery to project inquiry.
For Rubber Triangle, XWeb Pros created a website experience centered on product discovery, technical resources, and direct contact. The design helps visitors understand the offering and find a useful next step across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

01 / The priorities
Built around how technical buyers research.
Visitors researching commercial products need more than a strong first impression. They need to understand the available options, locate supporting information, and know how to contact the supplier. This project organizes those steps into a clear website experience.
- 01
Make product options easier to explore.
Give the product offering clear destinations and useful visual context.
- 02
Give technical resources a visible place in the navigation.
Separate product exploration from drawings and project-documentation resources.
- 03
Provide clear inquiry and contact entry points.
Help visitors find Rubber Triangle’s quote-request, phone, and email actions.
02 / Products and resources
Product information with a practical structure.
Product exploration, supporting resources, and sales contact each have a visible place in the website. The public Products page introduces support families including fixed rubber, strut, adjustable, crossover and ramp, disconnect, and duct supports.
The Drawings page lists PDF specification sheets, while Submittal Forms lists product-documentation PDFs. CAD files are offered through an email request rather than a live configurator. These are public resource destinations—not a custom document generator, engineering calculator, or automated quotation system.
| Website element | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Product navigation | Helps visitors explore relevant product families |
| Product imagery | Gives visual context to the offering |
| Drawings area | Provides a destination for technical drawing resources |
| Submittal Forms area | Makes project-documentation resources easier to locate |
| Quote-request action | Gives interested buyers a clear sales-contact entry point |
| Phone and email access | Supports direct communication |
The public Products page gives product exploration its own destination. Technical drawing and specification resources have a separate, clearly labeled destination.
03 / Responsive
Product discovery across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
The supplied screenshots show a consistent identity as the layout adapts: a full desktop navigation, a compact tablet menu, and stacked mobile product and contact actions. Explore each captured view or open the full image for a closer look.

04 / Visual design
An industrial website with clear visual priorities.
Application imagery, recognizable brand colors, and a clear hierarchy introduce the offering before supporting details. Live annotations below explain the interface without altering the authentic screenshots.
This case study describes the website experience. It does not attribute the logo, mascot, product photography, or technical documents to XWeb Pros. Product-origin and compliance statements visible inside captured screenshots are Rubber Triangle’s source content—not XWeb Pros certifications or measured project outcomes.

05 / Visitor journey
Help the right visitor take the next step.
Different visitors arrive with different questions. A practical visitor journey moves from understanding the offering to exploring relevant products, finding supporting resources, and contacting Rubber Triangle.
The public quote-request page presents a form for contact and project details. This case study describes that entry point; form submission and quote fulfillment were not tested. The journey is conceptual, not a technical integration diagram.
