01 / The brief

Built around two audiences: customers and staff.

Customers need a clear way to understand available services and take the next step. Staff need an organized place to review incoming requests and maintain the information behind the website. This project brings those needs together.

Customers and staff have different needs. The public experience needs clear service information and inquiry entry points; the team needs an organized workspace for ongoing administration.

The project pairs the responsive website with dedicated areas for inquiries, estimates, estimator configuration, content, recruiting, staff roles and activity review.

02 / The customer experience

Make the next step easy to find.

Clear HVAC/R positioning and service and service-area navigation help visitors understand the offering. Prominent estimate and emergency-service actions give customers a starting point, with an estimate entry form near the top of the homepage.

Tablet and mobile layouts adapt the content and actions to smaller screens. Dedicated mobile call and instant-estimate buttons keep the next step visible.

03 / Behind the website

Behind the website: a workspace for the business.

A dedicated administrative workspace brings incoming inquiries, estimate-management areas, website content, recruiting and staff administration into one interface.

The screenshot documents the workspace and its labeled areas. It is a static, sanitized view—not access to the client's live administrative system.

Administrative workspace with customer names, account identity, activity details and timestamps permanently removed. Dashboard counts are interface content, not project results.
01

Inquiries and estimates

Dashboard, inbox, estimates and submission visibility provide a central workspace for staff review.

02

Estimator management

Form builder, price book, preview and publishing areas provide dedicated controls for estimator content and pricing.

03

Website and recruiting

Pages, services, team, partners, media, navigation, company and form settings support website management. Careers and application areas support recruiting administration; Active Jobs is not presented as field-service dispatch.

04

Administration

Users and roles and activity records support staff administration and accountability. QuickBooks Online is shown only as a shortcut/link; no accounting synchronization, invoice automation, payment collection or two-way exchange has been verified.

04 / The estimator

An estimate experience the business can maintain.

The customer-facing website gives visitors a clear starting point for a planning estimate. Behind the scenes, dedicated form-builder, price-book, and publishing areas provide a workspace for managing the estimator.

A planning estimate is not a binding quote or a confirmed service appointment. Estimator configuration is a separate staff responsibility. The conceptual overview does not assert an automatic data flow, pricing formula, submission behavior or appointment-booking guarantee.
